Shipping: Instock items are shipped next day. All personalized embroidered (up to 25 pieces ) items ship in 7 to 8 working days. Most Transfer printed items ship next day. All screen printed items (up to 100 pieces) ship in 7-8 working days. Shipments are made via UPS ground.
Pick Up Orders: Pick up hours are 10am to 5pm Monday thru Friday with flexible times that are prearranged thru a phone call.
Terms: Internet orders that are shipped will all be paid for with Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Pick up orders may be paid with Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Net Terms are granted to customers with exceptional sales histories and excellent credit references. A finance charge of 2% per month will be charged on balances beyond established terms. We reserve the right to revoke credit terms. If an account is placed for collection, all attorney and handling fees will be paid by the customer. Accounts will be charged $30.00 for checks returned for any reason.

NO MINIMUMS
Returns: No returns will be accepted on personalized, printed or washed product unless defective. Any and all claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. An invoice # and Return Authorization number must be referenced on all returns. There will be a 20% restocking fee. Refusals- any items that have been shipped and then refused will have a 20% restock fee plus all freight charges. All future orders must be prepaid. No Returns on discontinued or closeout items.
Order changes: NO CHANGES can be permitted once an order is entered. Please make sure your orders are finalized also when phoned in, too.
Marti's Monogramming is not responsible for typographical errors, manufacturer label changes, or color variations from actual online. Garment dyes vary in shade due to dying process. Cold water wash prior to first use is recommended.
